We offer return or replacement of Products ordered on our website within 10 days of its delivery.
Most of the product categories can be returned. However, there are certain products (like Display Screens, etc.) which are specified as “Non-Returnable”. You can find so in the product description. Note: The return/replacement for such products is not available due to policies from original manufacturer/vendor; and not The Peripheral Store.
Please preserve product in its original condition, tags, invoice and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. Any damaged product will not be returned or replaced.
All items to be returned or replaced must be with all original with packaging intact (for e.g. Laptop Adapter/Battery must be packed in the original brand box).
