TPS Technologies believes in fair trade and will do everything to assist its customers to the farthest possible extent. We have an easy cancellation, return and refund policy. To understand it better, please refer to sections below.
An order can be cancelled under following situations, by customer:
- Order placed by mistake
- Items in the Order are no longer needed
An order can be cancelled under following situations, by TPS Technologies:
- COD Order remains unconfirmed due to no response from customer during validation (before dispatch)
- Items in an order have gone out of stock
- Order seems fraudulent
Once the order has been processed and dispatched, order cancellation requests cannot be initiated. This is only because TPS Technologies may not have control over the logistics services at various checkpoints. Any order if dispatched, will be attempted to be delivered to customer (which customer can reject).
- Order cancellation requests must be placed within 24 hours of order placement.
- Cancellation requests for express delivery orders will be rejected
- There is no cancellation fee for all cancellations done within 24 hours of order placement, where applicable.
Return & Replacement Policy
TPS Technologies offers 14-days return policy on all the products, except where categorically mentioned otherwise. More details on this policy are explained below.
Products can be returned within 14-days from the order delivery date, if:
- Dead-on-arrival (DOA)
- Defective products (not working as per product documentation)
- Wrong product got delivered to you than what you had order
In the rare event that you receive a physically damaged product, please create a replacement / return request within 24 hours of order delivery. Raising a replacement / return request any time after 24 hours of order delivery will result in your replacement / return request being rejected.
Replacement Clause: All physically damaged, dead-on-arrival (DOA), or defective products are eligible for a free replacement by TPS Technologies, should a customer choose replacement over return.
Replacement request for physically damaged products must be created within 24 hours of order delivery.
Please keep the product items in original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags/stickers intact, user manual, warranty cards and all original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return.
A refund approval / replacement dispatch will initiate after the original product:
- Reaches back our warehouse
- Arrive in good condition (unless where it was delivered in damaged or defective condition)
All products for return / replacement will be tested under the supervision of an expert technician chosen by TPS Technologies to ensure zero error return / replacement. Return / replacement request against a product which is found to be functioning well as per its product documentation, will be rejected.
Refund is applicable if:
- Order was Cancelled (within 24 hours), and was not dispatched yet
- Order was successfully returned as per Return Policies
We endeavor to initiate an eligible refund within 3-4 business days. Further, it may take additional 3-7 working days for the banks to process the return initiated.
If the payment was made through our payment gateway, then it will be refunded in same account. In case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders, refunds will be processed only in buyers bank account with NEFT/RTGS. Refunds in any case usually take a working week to reflect in bank account. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
You will be notified when refund has been initiated by us. In case of any refund discrepancies, we may request you to share with us your bank statement and/or follow up with your bank.
