My CPU is 11 years old. I'm a designer so upgrading my CPU is quite expensive. So whenever a part breaks down, I replace it with a newer one. My original HDD finally crashed after 11 years and finding a new HDD with same specs was turning out to be cumbersome. But during research I found that SSD would be compatible too with my motherboard. So I got this. It's been a few days since I installed it and there's a marked difference in the speed at which my system functions. Startup and shutdown times have cut down by 75%. Heavy design softwares load, shut and save files a lot more quickly. Installation was easy, but I had to buy a 2.5 to 3.5 converter separately, which came with the necessary screwes. This SSD does not come with any screws. I'll edit and update more if this review changes.

Attached photos are for your reference,1 photo in sequence is after installing SSD2 photo is while using my old hddI have Acer aspire 4gb ram 1 tb hdd i5 processor, I am very upset with the performance it lags too much , so found this SSD MX500 , i installed in my laptop , huge difference in speed, if you are planning to buy new SSD in budget try this every penny worth in speed,you never regret with performance, i see few reviews negative but i guess they all have SSD product problem they need to connect with customer care of SSD crucial,it's bit delay process to get new SSD but what we can do if it have problem with product itself.The only thing I most concerned with life of SSD. Let see how long it will give life. Will post here if any
