वापसी और प्रतिस्थापन नीति

हम सभी उत्पादों पर 14-दिन की वापसी नीति प्रदान करते हैं, सिवाय उनके जहां स्पष्ट रूप से अन्यथा उल्लेख किया गया हो। इस नीति के बारे में अधिक जानकारी नीचे दी गई है।

उत्पादों को ऑर्डर डिलीवरी की तारीख से 14 दिनों के भीतर वापस किया जा सकता है, अगर यह है:

1. डेड-ऑन-अराइवल (डीओए)
2. दोषपूर्ण उत्पाद (उत्पाद दस्तावेज़ीकरण के अनुसार काम नहीं कर रहे हैं)
3. आपके द्वारा ऑर्डर किए गए उत्पाद की तुलना में गलत उत्पाद आप तक पहुंचाया गया

शारीरिक रूप से क्षतिग्रस्त उत्पाद प्राप्त होने की दुर्लभ घटना में, कृपया ऑर्डर डिलीवरी के 24 घंटों के भीतर एक प्रतिस्थापन / वापसी अनुरोध बनाएं। ऑर्डर डिलीवरी के 24 घंटों के बाद किसी भी समय अनुरोध करने पर इसे अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा।

सभी शारीरिक रूप से क्षतिग्रस्त, डेड-ऑन-अराइवल (डीओए), या दोषपूर्ण उत्पाद टीपीएस टेक्नोलॉजीज द्वारा मुफ्त प्रतिस्थापन के लिए पात्र हैं, ग्राहक को वापसी पर प्रतिस्थापन का चयन करना चाहिए।

महत्वपूर्ण बिंदु:

• सफल वापसी के लिए ग्राहक को ब्रांड के बाहरी बॉक्स, एमआरपी टैग/स्टिकर बरकरार, उपयोगकर्ता मैनुअल, वारंटी कार्ड और निर्माता पैकेजिंग में सभी मूल सामान के साथ आइटम को मूल स्थिति में रखना चाहिए।
• मूल उत्पाद हमारे गोदाम में वापस पहुंचने और अच्छी स्थिति में आने के बाद रिफंड अनुमोदन / प्रतिस्थापन प्रेषण होगा (जब तक कि यह क्षतिग्रस्त या दोषपूर्ण वितरित नहीं किया गया हो)।

लौटाए गए सभी उत्पादों का परीक्षण टीपीएस टेक्नोलॉजीज द्वारा चुने गए एक विशेषज्ञ तकनीशियन की देखरेख में किया जाएगा ताकि शून्य त्रुटि वापसी / प्रतिस्थापन सुनिश्चित किया जा सके। लौटाए गए उत्पाद के लिए अनुरोध, जो इसके उत्पाद प्रलेखन के अनुसार अच्छी तरह से काम करता हुआ पाया जाता है, को अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा।

• आदेश फर्जी लगता है
• तकनीकी समस्या के कारण गलत आदेश की पुष्टि हुई

ध्यान देने योग्य महत्वपूर्ण बिंदु:

• एक बार ऑर्डर भेज दिए जाने के बाद, ऑर्डर रद्द करने के अनुरोध शुरू नहीं किए जा सकते। ऐसा इसलिए है क्योंकि TPS Technologies का विभिन्न चौकियों पर रसद सेवाओं पर नियंत्रण नहीं हो सकता है।
• यदि कोई आदेश भेजा जाता है, तो ग्राहक को वितरित करने का प्रयास किया जाएगा (जिसे ग्राहक अस्वीकार कर सकता है)।
• प्री-पेड ऑर्डर रद्द करने के लिए, धनवापसी में लगभग 5-7 कार्यदिवस लगते हैं।
