everything works very well.
It looks great for the laptop, I have a dell, so I just plug it in and read it, now I have mause, keyboard and monitors connected to it, and it also charges the laptop's battery
Had to download drivers but that was pretty easy. The docker is working great for both my laptops, so I can easily switch from work to personal.
The build quality is very good. I have 2 dell monitors at home. The reason I bought this dock is because,it supports displaylink protocol. Initially, I have some trouble to use displaylink under macbook pro with M1, only one monitor is supported. After about 2 days trial and error and looking for answers online, I finally found the solution from the user guide. Only the 2 dp ports support displaylink, while the USB C and HDMI port don't. So I need to buy additional cables for the dp ports. If Dell has included the manual in the shipment, it probably saved me a lot of time.
Links both screens and laptop perfectly with no lag. easy to set up and keeps my desk tidy from loads of cables
