TPS Technologies is the official partner of Acer, ASUS, Lenovo & HP for warranty services activation in India. Our technology enables seemless & faster activation of your purchased add-on warranty packs.
No. All the warranty packs on our portal are offered by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) like Acer, Asus, Lenovo & HP. TPS Technologies is the official partner of these brands in India. Our role is limited to updating warranty pack activation. After warranty pack is activated against your device, the status gets updated on the OEM's website for your device.
As soon as your have received your newly purchased device, and add-on warranty pack. Please note that most of the warranty packs must be activated within 30 days of your device purchase date.

When you submit your activation details, we send a confirmation e-mail to you with relevant details.
You may respond to the same e-mail to check the current status of your activation request. In most of the cases,
our activation team is able to validate the activation details within 3 business days and complete the
activation in 7-10 business days. You can keep a track of your device's warranty by visiting

This is a rare situation and is mostly caused by one of the following reaons:
- Data quality issues with the submitted activation form
- Technical issues at our end
- Technical issues at the end of warranty provider (OEMs)
Since the warranty packs are offered by OEMs (Brands), any warranty claims must be submitted directly to authorized service centers
and support teams of your device.
The role of TPS Technologies is an enabler to ensure your warranty pack is correctly mapped against your device so that you can claim warranty seemless as and when needed, directly with the OEMs' support channel(s).
