How to choose the right laptop adapter
An adapter fits your laptop when three things match: the brand family, the pin or connector size, and the wattage. Voltage follows from those. A higher-wattage charger from the same brand and pin will safely run a laptop that shipped with a lower-wattage one, but never go below your laptop's rated wattage. USB-C Power Delivery chargers are the exception: any PD charger at or above your laptop's wattage will work, regardless of the original brand. If you are unsure, send us your old adapter's part number on WhatsApp and we will confirm the match before you buy.
