Awesome! Flawless! Works very well with my macbook air! I have setup tripple monitor.. just install drivers before connecting. Works well with windows as well..

Good speed and getting HD monitor clarity. In Windows 10 it is working out of the box and OS manages driver installation as soon as plugin this device.In Ubuntu Linux I had to install Displaylink driver packages to make it work and it has few know issues with linux OS but works great in dual monitor and I am satisfied with this product.

First of all I am using it for a LenovoThinkpadA solid built unit made my office laptop a workstation in home too .This dock has 3 output for monitorsThey also surprisingly included DVI to HDMI adapter , which was very needed.USB transfer rate is quite reasonable.Note: Do download the driver from dell.support DisplayLink and connect to 3.0USB for glitch free experience
