Return and Replacement
We offer 10-days return and replacement policy on all the products, except where categorically mentioned otherwise. More details on this policy are explained below.
About Replacements:
After fulfilment of the order, it is eligible for replacements only. Further:
- Replacements are free of cost for any DOA/Faulty products provided customer raises such requests from the portal at the earliest and within 10-days of the order delivery.
- For replacements, if reverse pickup service is not available from our logistics partners, then it is customer's responsibility to send products back to TPS at their own cost and risk.
- Replacements orders will be fulfilled again only once the claimed DOA/Faulty product has reached back to TPS and has been validated by our representatives as free from tampering or tampering attempts.
- Replacements will be rejected for tampered products sent back to TPS.
About Returns:
Products can be returned within 10-days from the order delivery date, if it falls under one or more of these categories:
- Dead-on-arrival (DOA)
- Defective products (not working as per product documentation)
- Physically damaged products (Must be reported within 24 to 48 hours from delivery)
- Wrong product got delivered to you than what you had order
A return occurring due to above reasons result in 100% refund of the item value, or a free of cost replacement - depending on what the customer opts for.
Return initiated against wrong or incompatible product(s) order by customer, including RTOs, will attract deduction of 10% of the order value to cover for platform charges, logistic charges and restocking charges.
Therefore, we strongly encourage that if in doubt, customer must confirm with our representative before placing order with us.
Very important points:
- Customer must keep the items in original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags/stickers intact, user manual, warranty cards and all original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return / replacement.
- Concerned products must reach our warehouse in original packing, with original components, manual, accessories, warranty cards and materials as applicable, for our experts to validate them.
- We will not be responsible for delays due to any technical glitches or reasons whatsoever beyond the control of our organization, including those on the part of our partners and vendors engaged in the transaction and related operations.
- A refund approval or replacement dispatch will happen after our experts have validated claims of the reason for return / replacement in the request received with TPS.
- For returns approved by our experts, refund takes about 7-10 business days to reflect in original method of payment.

All products returned will be tested under the supervision of an expert technician chosen by TPS Technologies to ensure zero error return / replacement. Request against a returned product which is found to be functioning well, as per its product documentation, will be rejected.
Cancel Order or Items
You can cancel an order anytime before it is dispatched (shipped). After dispatch, you can choose to refuse accepting the order, and it gets refunded once items of the order are returned back at our warehouse, if the payment was already made.
Cancellation charges and process
Cancellation is allowed until fulfilment is done. Customer initiated cancellations of prepaid orders attract a flat deduction 5% to cover platform costs (7% in case of EMI, BNPL, International Cards, etc.).
Customer cancels order
An order can be cancelled under following situations by customer:
- Items in the order are no longer needed
- Order placed by mistake
- Wrong or non-compatible items included with the order
- Found better product or price than in current order
To cancel an order or items in an order, login to your account and then head to "My Orders" section. Select the concerned order and click on "Cancel". Follow the instructions to cancel partial or all quantities in your order.
Please note that "Cancel" option will be disabled after the order has been shipped. In this case you can simply refuse to accept the items when delivery attempts are made.
After successful delivery of order, it becomes eligible for replacements. Details in this policy document: Returns & Replacement policy.
For prepaid orders, refund is processed as per cancellation charges, if any, within 5-7 business days.
TPS cancels order
An order can be cancelled under following situations by TPS:
- COD Order remains unconfirmed due to no response from customer during validation (before dispatch)
- Items in order have gone out of stock
- Order seems fraudulent
- Wrong order got confirmed due to technical issue or reasons beyond our control
There are no cancellation charges for TPS initiated cancellations. TPS bears the platform costs as the penalty in all such cases.
Very important points:
- Once an order has been fulfilled and/or dispatched, order cancellation requests cannot be initiated. This is because TPS may not have control over various checkpoints.
- We will not be responsible for delays due to any technical glitches or reasons whatsoever beyond the control of our organization, including those on the part of our partners and vendors engaged in the transaction and related operations.
- We strongly encourage customers to be sure of the products they need before making a purchase decision. If in doubt, customer must confirm with our representative before placing an order.
- Any order if dispatched, will be attempted to be delivered to customer (which customer can reject).
- For cancellation on prepaid orders, refund takes about 5-7 business days to reflect in original method of payment.

Shipping Policy
It is our constant endeavor improve our shipping services based on top industry standards.
We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders, which ensures delivery within 3-5 days for most of the pincodes across India. For realistic delivery timelines, we encourage you to check for fastest possible delivery to your location by using our pincode service - available on every product page.
Majority of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order confirmation. Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM on a working day, are shipped the next day.
Note: Some products might take up-to 72 hours for dispatch. This can happen with products which are subject to availability per market conditions, peak demand, low stock, and more dynamic situations beyond the control of TPS.
We also offer Same Day Delivery option at select locations for prepaid orders confirmed by 3PM (except on holiday or Sunday). This option can be opted during checkout (Checkout > Shipping). As on date, same day delivery is available in following cities:
- Bangalore (rural & urban), free or at a nominal fee depending on pincode
- Lucknow, free

We escalate with our logistic partners for any issues reported by you.
